A necessary roof project can be a major household or property expense. CBS Roofing offers financing options through Quickbooks approved vendors and explains the warranty support associated with eligible roofing work for customers in Raleigh and throughout North Carolina’s Triangle region. Our more than 35 years of roofing experience helps us prepare clear proposals and separate material warranty information, workmanship terms, and financing decisions.
Roofing financing options
Financing may allow an eligible customer to divide a qualified roof project into scheduled payments instead of paying the full project cost at once. Available programs, providers, approval requirements, rates, fees, minimum amounts, repayment periods, and promotional terms can change. For that reason, CBS Roofing does not publish a rate or monthly payment that may not apply to a specific customer or project.
Current financing availability will be provided by Quickbooks once the estimate is accepted. Any financing application is separate from the roofing evaluation and is subject to the provider’s approval and final disclosures. Customers should review the complete financing agreement, total repayment amount, payment schedule, and any promotional conditions before accepting an option. A roofing estimate does not guarantee financing approval.
Manufacturer roofing warranties
Roofing manufacturers may provide warranty coverage for eligible materials or systems. The available coverage depends on the selected product, required components, installation method, registration, property type, maintenance, exclusions, transfer conditions, and other manufacturer rules. CBS Roofing identifies the manufacturer documents associated with the proposed roofing system and can assist customers with relevant project information when a manufacturer warranty question arises.
A manufacturer warranty is not the same as a promise that every future roof problem will be covered. Storm damage, building movement, work by others, maintenance issues, unauthorized alterations, and excluded conditions may fall outside the manufacturer’s terms. The current written manufacturer warranty controls, not a general summary on a website.
CBS Roofing workmanship warranty
CBS Roofing provides workmanship warranty terms for eligible work as described in the project agreement. The duration, covered scope, exclusions, owner responsibilities, and request process are defined in writing for the specific project. Repair work, complete replacement, gutters, low-slope roofing, skylights, and other services may not all carry identical terms. Customers should retain the signed proposal, invoices, product information, and warranty documents.
Questions to ask before approving a project
- Which materials and system components are included?
- Which manufacturer warranty documents apply?
- What workmanship warranty is included in the written agreement?
- Does any warranty require registration or ongoing maintenance?
- Which financing programs are currently available for the project amount?
- Who is the financing provider, and what are the complete approval terms?
Clear information before work begins
We want customers to understand the proposed work before making a decision. CBS Roofing will answer questions about the roofing scope and provide the applicable written warranty information. Financing decisions and disclosures remain between the applicant and financing provider. If website information ever differs from a signed agreement, provider disclosure, or manufacturer document, the current written document controls.
Financing and warranty support is available for eligible roofing customers in Raleigh, Cary, Apex, Durham, Holly Springs, Fuquay-Varina, Garner, Pittsboro, Wake Forest, Chapel Hill, Sanford, and nearby Triangle communities. We encourage customers to review current written terms carefully, keep project records together, and ask questions before authorizing work.
