Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Even though the roof was completed ~10 years ago, the team at CBS was very helpful in determining if a leak was coming from the roof or somewhere else. After thoroughly inspecting the roof (and confirming it is holding up well!), he took the time to help troubleshoot the issue and proved it was a window causing the water damage. Thanks!

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. David Raymar, Bill and his roofing team did a great job replacing my roof.

Once I confirmed, the job was scheduled and completed quickly and professionally. The crew cleaned up the premises both days there were here.

I highly recommend CBS Roofing !

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I called CBS after discovering a roof leak during Debby. David, the owner, answered the phone and was very personable, knowledgeable and understanding. He was able to get Bill our first thing Monday to check out the leak. Bill took lots of pictures and explained the source of the leak and the fix. The price was very reasonable and he fixed the issue as well as 3 other issues that I didn’t see. Can’t recommend these guys highly enough. 10 stars. Oh, and they are locally owned and operated!

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. We have been really pleased with CBS throughout our roof replacement process. We were not living at the house and doing this from out of town. The communication from the beginning was excellent. Once we signed the contract, they were able to start the job the next day and took 2 days to complete. We were impressed with how fast they were able to start and finish. The crew was there early in the morning until the sun went down. Hard working crew. David kept me informed throughout the process and sent me pictures. The price was reasonable and David continued to reach out to make sure we didn’t have any issues with the job and made sure we were satisfied. We highly recommend CBS Roofing. We will continue to use them in the future.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I recently hired CBS Roofing to fix some missing shingles and my roof cap. They provided a more than fair price and completed the work quickly. I also appreciated how they worked with my schedule. Overall, I'm very satisfied with their service and would highly recommend them to others.

Dear David, Thanks for the great job today. I am enclosing my positive report to Angie’s List and requesting that they add CBS to their database of roofers. I didn’t have to embellish the story, I just told the TRUTH. I will stay in touch with you for future work.

Work was done in a timely manner, and now we know all the roof issues were effectively addressed. Your workers worked very efficiently, even on a hot day.

Hail storm last month damaged my roof. Insurance told me I had to have a roofer verify damage so I called David of CBS Roofing. He provided an estimate by email in about 2-3 days. Insurance adjuster inspected my roof and agreed I needed a complete replacement. Note: I contacted another roofer who said I had zero damage – very odd! David patiently provided multiple shingle samples (on different trips) as I tried to decide on a color (they look different on the website than in person). Once I had picked out a color he was there to replace my roof in about 3 days. He said the job might take two days but he was done in only one. His crew cleaned up everything (no nails found) and the trailer with the old shingles was gone the next day. Only thing left behind was some spare shingles in case I needed them. Best of all was the job came in at $2,000 below the insurance check! Excellent, fast, courteous, patient, economical and professional service. What more could you ask for!

David and team did a great job on replacing my old, leaky roof. Crew here on time and ready to work. Left the yard clean and hauled away the debris as they left. I recommend CBS Roofing.

I first saw one of CBS Roofing, Inc’s jobs done on one of my customer’s house several years ago. I was very impressed with their craftsmanship, and the fact that they cleaned up better than any roofing company that I had ever seen! I have owned my own home repair company in the area for over 20 years. We have looked long and hard for a company that did quality work and would stand behind their work. When I saw CBS’s work, I knew we had our guys. David has done several roofs for my customers over the years and I have never had a problem with his work. If you’re in need of a roof and you want the job done right then CBS Roofing is your answer!!!

As a real estate broker I am only willing to recommend those companies that are going to provide the highest quality, service, and customer support to my clients. I have them as a top tier recommendation for my clients and my fellow associates with great success. CBS Roofing also performed a full roof replacement on my personal home with excellent results and on budget.

We had a complete re-roof. (1) Estimate given was on target with the cost. (2) Project was completed in a timely manner. (3) They did excellent job regarding not damaging our property or our neighbors’ properties. (4) The clean up at the end was above and beyond what we had expected. (5) We wanted a quality job and that is what we received. I would definitely recommend this company.

We live in Cary, NC and experienced hail damage during a storm in May 2016. We saw our next door neighbors employ CBS Roofing to replace their roofing and gutters. Based on the speed, professionalism, quality of workmanship, and after repair cleanup we chose CBS to work for us as well. We were not disappointed. They clearly communicated what they were going to do and did what they said when they said for the price they said. If we have future roofing work to be done we will call CBS.
