After thoroughly inspecting the roof (and confirming it is holding up well!), he took the time to help troubleshoot the issue and proved it was a window causing the water damage. Mike ColeAugust 13, 2024I called CBS after discovering a roof leak during Debby. David, the owner, answered the phone and was very personable, knowledgeable and understanding. He was able to get Bill our first thing Monday to check out the leak. Bill took lots of pictures and explained the source of the leak and the fix. The price was very reasonable and he fixed the issue as well as 3 other issues that I didn’t see. Can’t recommend these guys highly enough. 10 stars. The communication from the beginning was excellent. Once we signed the contract, they were able to start the job the next day and took 2 days to complete. We were impressed with how fast they were able to start and finish. The crew was there early in the morning until the sun went down. Hard working crew. David kept me informed throughout the process and sent me pictures. The price was reasonable and David continued to reach out to make sure we didn’t have any issues with the job and made sure we were satisfied. We highly recommend CBS Roofing.
